Over the last three years Union Offset has installed the latest digital printing technology from Océ Australia. This equipment is suitable for a wide variety of work including the capability to print on stocks from 45gsm to 160gsm with mono or full colour options. Specialised software from Océ also allows us to incorporate variable data, including bar coding for Australia Post. Our digital presses include:

• The Vario Stream 7450 digital press: A reel-fed web press capable of printing on various stocks ranging from 30 gsm to 160 gsm, with the capability of printing 880 A4 pages per minute. The system was purchased to specifically handle lightweight stocks and bridges two traditionally segregated environments - variable data transactional printing and short-run publication printing applications
• Two Océ 5160 printers: Traditional cut sheet laser printers, which individually print 160 A4 pages per minute. Highlight option is included, which allows printing on one side of the paper in two colours
• The Océ 2110: A traditional cut sheet laser printer which prints 110 A4 pages per minute
• The Océ 800 and 900 colour copiers: The latest European technology in colour copying
• Two CP650 colour printers: With inline collating, folding and stitching
